RESEARCH PROFILE: SIEBEL Business Analyst – OPA expert
- Occupancy rate: 100%.
- Duration: indefinite, but maximum 3 years
- Desired start date: April 1ᵉʳ, 2024
YOUR MISSIONS :
- Prepare workshops based on the study
- Define solutions in collaboration with the project’s technical experts
- Running workshops with the trade,
- Challenge business needs to stay as close as possible to tool standards,
- Take minutes,
- Write functional specifications according to project standards.
- Set up tools and rules.
- Analyze and specify interfaces:
- Prepare workshops based on the study and in collaboration with the technical expert,
- Lead workshops with business units and technical experts from third-party applications,
- Take minutes,
- Draw up technical and functional specifications in accordance with project standards
- Tests :
- Prepare test strategies, plans and scenarios and implement them in the tool,
- Perform internal testing of the entire application,
- Validate scenarios created by the business,
- Coordinate/lead business test phases.
- Deployment :
- Write or support the business in writing the user manual,
- Write the document verifying that the application is working properly.
- Collaborate with the project manager throughout the project to ensure the project’s coherence with the company’s eco-system.

TRAININGS :
- HES diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science or EPF engineering diploma or federal diploma or equivalent,
SKILLS :
Core competencies
- 6+ years’ experience in implementing Siebel and OPA solutions, as a Siebel and OPA or Siebel functional specialist, particularly in analyzing business needs, proposing solutions in line with the tool and business requirements, leading workshops and writing specifications,
- At least one experience in test management,
- At least one experience on build projects,
- At least one representative experience (more than 3 months) on Siebel version 8.
- Facilitating collaborative workshops using collective intelligence techniques,
- Use of a backlog management tool (e.g. JIRA),
- Development and implementation of test strategies.
Additional skills
- At least one significant experience on the Siebel Public Service module.
- Proficiency in Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) version 18 and higher: mastery of business rule modeling.
- Knowledge of HERMES methodology,
- Experience in public administration.
