PROFILE: Program Manager

  • Occupancy rate: 100%.
  • Duration: indefinite, but maximum 3 years
  • Desired start date: June 1ᵉʳ, 2024

YOUR MISSIONS :

  • Operational management of a project portfolio (finance, deadlines, scope, quality, HR sourcing, risks, communication),
  • Lead project portfolio steering committees (2 bodies: steering and strategic),
  • Manage program projects (project mandates, steering, coordination, documentation),
  • Support the project managers associated with the program,
  • Ensure communication around the program, projects and achievements, using the appropriate process and resources.

TRAININGS :

  • Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent

SKILLS :

Core competencies

  • 3+ years’ experience in managing at least one project portfolio and/or one large-scale program (per program/portfolio: budgets under management > 1 million francs, HR workload under management > 1000 days, duration > 1 year),
  • 6+ years’ experience as an IT project manager, with at least 1 experience of setting up a new system and at least 1 experience of improving an existing system (in TMA mode, for example),
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a major project on time, on budget and to quality standards,
  • Mastery of project management techniques and tools, in particular communication and management of finances, deadlines, risks and quality,
  • Excellent ability to interact and negotiate with stakeholders.

Additional skills

  • Putting the HERMES methodology into practice,
  • Project management certification (PMI, IPMA or equivalent),
  • Experience of agile methodology (SCRUM, SAFe),
  • Notions of ITIL V3 or V4,
