RESEARCH PROFILE: IAM Directory Engineer
- Contract type: service rental
- Occupancy rate: full-time
- Duration: indefinite, but maximum 3 years
- Desired start date: January 2024
YOUR MISSIONS :
- Installation and configuration of systems & environments
- Writing functional tests, organizing and/or carrying out tests, test reports
- Writing specifications and procedures
- Technical coordination with third-party teams
- Identify and communicate the risks of a project or operation, and bring together the people concerned in the search for solutions.
- Leading technical sessions
- Capitalize on experience acquired at the end of each project or operation
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team and withstand stress
- Excellent written and oral communication skills,
- Leadership, autonomy, initiative, anticipation and negotiation skills,
- Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams of experts working in a network, particularly through teleworking.
- Rigor and critical thinking
TRAININGS :
- University master’s degree in computer science or ETH engineering diploma or federal diploma.
SKILLS :
Core competencies
- Engineering expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, MS-Entra ID (e.g. Azure Active Directory)
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar position
Additional skills
- Knowledge of and interest in IT security issues and complex problem-solving.
- Mastery of at least one backup/restore tool
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows-Good knowledge of MS PKI and digital certificates
- Experience with an IDM-type synchronization engine
- Communication skills in a remote-working organization
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary resources, delegate and set objectives.
- Strong ability to interact with expert engineers, project stakeholders and management
