SEARCH PROFILE: Senior Project Manager

  • Contract type: service rental
  • Occupancy rate: full-time
  • Duration: indefinite, but maximum 3 years
  • Desired start date: January 8 2024

YOUR MISSIONS :

  • Articulate clear, synthetic project mandates that align teams and stakeholders with the objectives to be achieved
    • Understand the issues to be addressed by the project
    • Understand organizational dynamics to structure committees (Steering, Operational, etc.)
    • Identify the stakeholders and resources needed to ensure the project’s success
    • Articulate ambitious, achievable goals and measures to assess their attainment
    • Detail critical milestones (including HERMES phase milestones)
    • Conduct project risk analyses and develop mitigation plans
    • Optimizing the use of financial resources
  • Develop project roadmaps to achieve validated objectives
    • Describe and analyze the sequence of tasks required (WBS)
    • Estimating and planning tasks
    • Allocating resources
    • Keep up to date
  • Managing project risks
    • Anticipate risks to project objectives
    • Develop and implement mitigation plans
    • Keeping risks up to date
  • Leading steering and operational committees
    • Schedule committees at frequencies adapted to the situation of each project
    • Ensure the participation of the necessary stakeholders
    • Share agendas and session objectives with participants prior to sessions based on stakeholder expectations
    • Conduct sessions in a structured manner to respect everyone’s time
    • Ensure timely follow-up of the project
  • Formalize decisions, including modification decisions (in the HERMES sense)
    • Articulate the decisions to be taken by formulating the advantages and disadvantages of each option, including the impacts of not taking a decision
    • Manage changes (scope, objectives, deadlines, resources, etc.)
  • Supporting the human impact of projects
    • Analyze the impact of the transformation
    • Establish plans to support individuals in their transformation
  • Maintain up-to-date repositories reporting on the progress and health of each project
    • Update repositories at required frequencies

TRAININGS :

  • HES diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science or EPF engineering diploma or federal diploma.
  • Project management certification (HERMES or equivalent)

  • Simultaneous management of several projects (HERMES a plus) within a company or government organization.
