PROFILE WANTED: Scrum Master (M/F)
Location: Canton of Vaud / Canton of Geneva
Type of contract: CDI
Occupancy rate: 100%.
YOUR MISSIONS :
As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for..:
- Management of the Scrum team in the context of the use of agile methods and Scrum practices
- Leading agile ceremonies
- Setting up and monitoring progress indicators
- Identify obstacles and raise alarms
- Resolve conflicts and problems as they arise
- Identify ways to improve productivity and team comfort
TRAININGS :
You have a university degree or higher professional diploma in the IT sector. You are certified as a Scrum Master by a recognized organization.
SKILLS :
- You have at least 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master on several project teams.
- You have the ability to work with a variety of profiles
- You have the ability to federate teams
- You have the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- You have good interpersonal skills
LANGUAGES :
- Excellent command of the French language
- Technical English
