YOUR MISSIONS :
The business analyst will work in a department responsible for analyzing business processes and needs, defining requirements, drafting specifications and test scenarios, coordinating development projects, configuring applications, testing applications, analyzing data (statistics, anomalies), providing advice and support to users, and training. Each business analyst is responsible for certain customers and also for certain products. He or she works in a team with colleagues, under the supervision of the department or project manager, to ensure continuity of service and sharing of knowledge.
The technical environment consists of Web applications, developed in-house, and close integration with the Microsoft Office suite.
TRAININGS :
- Master’s degree in information systems; CBAP certification a plus.
SKILLS :
- At least 5 years’ experience in the field.
- Business analysis practice: process analysis, requirements gathering, functional and technical specifications, definition and execution of test scenarios, support for acceptance procedures.
- Mastery of analysis concepts and techniques.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to synthesize; experience in writing various types of documents such as : description of existing situation, functional specifications, user manuals, technical reference documents, etc.
- Experience in projects managed using V-cycle methodology.
- Experience in dialoguing with users, in particular in conducting working sessions, taking minutes, providing feedback, reformulating and managing portfolios of requests, etc.
- Fluency in public speaking and in leading presentation and/or training sessions.
- Proficiency in office automation tools.
- Proficiency in UML or its derivatives (BPMN, Archimate) for modeling business processes, activity diagrams, etc.
- Experience in interacting with development teams, including the ability to understand and discuss technical components such as class diagrams, database schemas, web page mock-ups, etc.
- Data mining (SQL queries, pivot tables, statistical studies, etc.).
SKILLS ARE AN ADDITIONAL ASSET:
- Experience in configuring ERP software.
- Experience of the Enterprise Architect tool.
- Experience in information systems governance processes.
- Experience in project management or Hermes certification: planning, stakeholder coordination, risk identification and management, communication.
- Experience in change management.
- Experience in agility.
LANGUAGES :
- Excellent command of the French language
- Good understanding of German
