PROFILE: UX Business Analyst

  • Duration: indefinite

YOUR MISSIONS :

  • Design and conduct internal satisfaction surveys
  • Collect, analyze and interpret data to support tactical and strategic decisions
  • Develop and oversee communication plans for digital services
  • Assist in the drafting of information, descriptions and documentation on digital services
  • Monitor the smooth running of a multi-stakeholder communication process
  • Support experts in their communication events (determine key messages, highlight important information, etc.).
  • Organize or help organize co-creation workshops if needed
  • Identify and promote opportunities for improvement
  • Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical teams

TRAININGS :

  • Federal diploma in organization or computer science or University degree or ETH engineering diploma + post-graduate studies

SKILLS :

Core competencies

  • Ability to collect, analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data
  • Ability to conduct needs assessment workshops
  • Ability to assess and explain users’ information needs
  • Ability to defend users’ interests and issues with IT experts
  • Ability to write and explain technical issues to people who use digital services

Additional skills

  • Understand the different concepts of user experience (UX) applied internally: employee experience (EX) or customer experience (CX).
  • Even partial knowledge of one or more of the following tools: PowerBI, Excel, LimeSurvey, Sharepoint, Confluence, an e-mail template creation tool
  • Knowledge of intra-company communication concepts, product communication, change communication
  • Successful experience in a large private or public company environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French
  • Have a flair for teaching and coaching IT experts
  • Be a driving force in developing new communication formats
  • Ability to collaborate with a wide range of people and get them to work together
