SEARCH PROFILE: Senior Business Analyst
- Occupancy rate: 100%.
- Duration: indefinite, but maximum 3 years
- Desired start date: May 1ᵉʳ, 2024
YOUR MISSIONS :
- Analyze and model business activities in BPMN, model business entities and their relationships in UML,
- Elicit business needs and extract functional and non-functional requirements,
- Write functional specifications based on use cases and entity models, covering functional and non-functional requirements,
- Describe functionalities in the form of User Stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritize them in a Backlog,
- Analyze and model users’ UX needs,
- Facilitate workshops with various stakeholders using agile and collective intelligence techniques,
- Lead some SCRUM ceremonies,
- Accompany developments, providing functional and business support to an agile development team, and interacting with stakeholders to take account of technical or organizational requirements and constraints,
- Design and execute tests using appropriate test tools and techniques, in compliance with agreed standards,
- Participate in the continuous improvement of test processes and tools,
- Participate in the dissemination of best practices among analyst peers.

TRAININGS :
- Federal diploma in organization or computer science or University degree or ETH engineering diploma + postgrade,
SKILLS :
Core competencies
- 5+ years’ experience in functional/business analysis of IT projects,
- Eliciting needs and prioritizing customer expectations,
- Significant experience in specifying business and system requirements in the form of use cases and user stories,
- Proven experience in an Agile/Scrum team in custom development and/or solution integration,
- Development and implementation of test strategies,
- Ability to communicate with customers, in particular to maintain a climate of trust, listen to their needs and respond to them in the best possible way, adapting the way you speak to the person in question,
- Ability to assess the criticality of a situation and make decisions accordingly or refer to the project manager.
Additional skills
- Facilitating collaborative workshops using collective intelligence techniques,
- Knowledge of modeling (UML, BPMN),
- Use of a backlog management tool (e.g. JIRA),
- Ability to communicate and report to senior levels of the organization,
- Experience of a test plan definition and execution tool (e.g. ALM, Xray),
- Ability to integrate and work as part of a team, to collaborate and federate multidisciplinary teams in a matrix-type environment,
- UX/UI design experience (Design Thinking, user research, wireframing),
- Knowledge of BDD and DDD approaches,
- Certification in agility, business analysis or testing preferred (e.g. PSPO, CBAP, ISTQB, IIBA),
- Experience in public administration.
