PROFILE LOOKING FOR: Business Analyst EV PO Tester

Contract type: service rental
Occupancy rate: full-time
Duration: indefinite, but not more than 5 years
Desired start date: 1ᵉʳJanuary 2024

YOUR MISSIONS :

Specify changes to applications, according to a methodology defined in use cases and requirements, as part of major overhaul projects
Plan, write and carry out acceptance tests to validate applications in accordance with business requirements
Identify and communicate the risks of a project or operation, and bring together the people concerned in the search for solutions.
Managing incidents: coordinating their resolution, coordinating the setting up of test environments, carrying out tests and coordinating the customer on the application acceptance phase.
Capitalize on experience acquired at the end of each project or operation
Interface with service providers when necessary

TRAININGS :

HES diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science or EPF engineering diploma or federal diploma

SKILLS :

Core competencies

Experience in functional analysis (requirements gathering, writing functional specifications, etc.): 3 years or more.
Experience in creating test plans from detailed functional specifications, coordinating and carrying out tests: 3 years or more
Experience as Product Owner (according to SAFe or Scrum) on a major project with a team of at least 5 people (in-house or contractor)
Ability to communicate and report at high organizational levels
Ability to integrate and work as part of a team, to collaborate and federate multidisciplinary teams in a matrix-type environment
Ability to communicate with customers, in particular to maintain a climate of trust, listen to their needs and respond in the best possible way, adapting one’s discourse to the person in question.
Ability to assess the criticality of a situation and make decisions accordingly or refer to the project manager.
Ability to work with external suppliers (outsourced development team)
Minimum safety skills (at least an understanding of the issues)
