SPECIFICATIONS: IT engineer
- Occupancy rate: 100%.
- Duration: indefinite, but maximum 3 years
- Desired start date: May 1, 2024
YOUR MISSIONS :
- Participate in the management of software upgrades on office workstations;
- Distribute/withdraw rights with regard to requests to obtain or return software;
- Handle incidents related to associated licenses;
- Repository updates ;
- GINA settings ;
- Market software deployment tests ;
- Incident handling (deployment / production).
QUALIFICATIONS :

TRAININGS :
- Advanced diploma in computer science (ES) or federal diploma or Bachelor’s degree from a university of applied sciences (HES)
SKILLS :
Core competencies
- Mastery of Adobe, Microsoft, Corel and Druide licensing methods;
- Proficiency in the consoles of the publishers concerned (Adobe Console, Azure AD Console) ;
- Proficiency in Windows environment and Word, Excel and Outlook at a minimum;
- 5+ years’ experience in user support ;
- 5+ years’ experience in software management or software asset management;
- Good knowledge of Qualiparc, Flexera FNMS and Bmc-Remedy applications.
Additional skills
- Fluent in French and English ;
- Know how to handle conflicts, complaints and, more generally, customers;
- Know how to challenge yourself and be ready to learn;
- Be willing to carry out repetitive tasks with little added value (migrations, etc.).
