PROFILE WANTED: IT engineer Tech Lead

Contract type: service rental
Occupancy rate: full-time
Duration: indefinite, but not more than 5 years

YOUR MISSIONS :

Help architects define solutions and architectures during the design phase;
Participate in the detailed design phases in order to provide technical feasibility opinions, propose alternative solutions and carry out software design in preparation for developments;
Support the development team by ensuring compliance with the defined architectural principles, and by providing expert advice on the most technical issues;
Participate in the implementation phase of projects, by developing, testing, documenting and deploying applications according to the methodologies in force, on the basis of the functional and technical files made available;
Implement and maintain continuous integration and automatic deployment elements;
Participate in application deliveries on ;
Conduct regular reviews of development quality;
Contribute to the design point deliverables under the responsibility of the architect, in particular the Architecture Dossier, Non-Functional System Requirements, Test Concept and Deployment Concept;
Contribute to deliverables such as Analysis of protection requirements and security concepts, Concept of operation, Performance test specifications, Intrusion test specifications;
Conduct technical analyses of production incidents.

TRAININGS :

HES diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science or EPF engineering diploma or federal diploma.

SKILLS :

Core competencies

Experience as a technical leader and senior developer on specific development projects in Spring/RIA/REST environments (6+ years’ experience)
Experience as a software designer on projects involving fat-client applications and 3-tier architectures (6+ years’ experience)
Excellent ability to lead a development team on Java environments.
Excellent ability to interact with the whole project team – business analysts, developers, systems, database and operations engineers – in an Agile environment.
Mastery of analysis methods and object-oriented design.
Mastery of the Spring Boot framework, and in particular the Spring Core, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA and JDBC modules, Spring MVC.
Good understanding of service security principles and their implementation, in particular SAML, OpenID Connect, Kerberos.
Good knowledge of front-end development with VueJS or Angular.js, and end-to-end testing with Cypress.
Good understanding of performance issues related to databases and object-relational mapping frameworks.
Good knowledge of continuous integration with Gitlab-CI and containerized build environments.
Experience in developing cryptographic modules
Experience as technical leader on at least 2 development projects with more than 3 developers.
Experience on at least one Agile development project.
