PROFILE WANTED: Expert in information security and data protection (M/F)
Location : Geneva

YOUR MISSIONS :
The Information Security and Data Protection Expert will support the Information Systems Security team in its core activities, including:
- Define security policy and guidelines and ensure their application within the company’s processes and tools.
- Participate as an expert in information system security projects and support security requirements in other development projects.
- Operational monitoring of IS security issues.
- Make users aware of information security issues, risky practices and recommended behaviors.
- Participate in the preparation and testing of company continuity plans.
- Maintain the IS security repository (processes, risk mapping, etc.).
TRAININGS :
- University degree in information systems (Master’s level, EPFL) or HES or equivalent qualification.
- Specialization in information security evidenced by a diploma (CAS in IS security or equivalent) or a recognized advanced certification in the field.
SKILLS :
- At least 5 years’ experience in the field.
- Practice of risk analysis in IS evolution projects or on existing components (identification of threats and vulnerabilities, formalization of risk scenarios, risk treatment and remediation plans, etc.), using normative frameworks (ISO-27005 or equivalent) and standard methods (EBios RM, etc.).
- Ability to work closely with IT teams, in particular to understand and discuss technical issues (related to application or technical components), system operation issues, user support, continuity plans and risks, etc.
- Excellent writing skills, experience in drafting various types of documents : security policies and guidelines, information security awareness materials, briefing notes for management, etc.
- Fluency in public speaking, in leading presentation and/or training sessions, and in dialoguing with users, including leading work sessions and workshops.
- Proficiency in office automation tools.
SKILLS ARE AN ADDITIONAL ASSET:
- Experience of using a risk management and/or risk mapping tool.
- Experience in information systems governance processes and enterprise architecture (Togaf / archimate).
- Mastery of UML or equivalent for business process modeling.
LANGUAGES :
- Excellent command of the French language
