SEARCH PROFILE: Senior Integration Engineer

  • Contract type: service rental
  • Occupancy rate: full-time
  • Duration: indefinite, but maximum 3 years
  • Desired start date: December 1ᵉʳ, 2023

YOUR MISSIONS :

  • Carry out the actions required for integrating, developing, testing and producing applications, with the aim of ensuring optimum operability and meeting the expected level of service.
  • Participate in defining the technical architecture of the application to be implemented.
  • Install, configure and parameterize applications in different environments.
  • Implement or have implemented the operating assets (probes, batches, tests, deployment industrialization) defined in the previous phases.
  • Draft/complete the application’s operating documentation, submit it to the relevant stakeholders for validation, and reference operating assets in the appropriate repositories (ITSM-CMDB and ITAM in particular).
  • Carry out the technical acceptance of the application, including verification of operability requirements.
  • Contribute to the deliverables expected by the Point PEPSIC Pre-production.
  • Lead the changeover to IT Operations staff to minimize N2 operations.
  • At the request of the department/sector manager or a service manager, carry out pickets and interventions outside standard working hours.
  • At the request of “Run” service managers (operating incidents, IT production management and desktop publishing), intervene at 2ᵉ level on production incidents and routine production acts.
  • Take charge of change coordination: carry out impact analyses, define timetables and roll-back plans.
  • Lead and participate in due diligence projects (business takeovers).
  • Lead and participate in Operations department projects aimed at developing tools and practices.
  • Actively participate in various actions to continuously improve practices and tools, in particular to minimize “Run” interventions.

TRAININGS :

  • HES diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science or EPF engineering diploma or federal diploma

SKILLS :

Core competencies

  • Good knowledge of DevSecOps principles.
  • Experience of a scheduling tool (production plan design, implementation of scheduling chains, execution monitoring), BMC/Control-M.
  • Experience of an application monitoring tool: Nagios, HP/BSM, Splunk, Jmeter
  • Comprehensive IT skills and good knowledge of the component families of an infrastructure environment (access, applications, databases, storage, servers, virtualization, security, etc.), with particular emphasis on system administration.
  • Good command of Windows Server (2016, 2019 and 2022) and Linux/Unix environments.
  • Competence in at least one of the following Middlewares: Apache, Tomcat, Jboss, IIS.
  • Good command of shell scripting: korn shell, Powershell

Additional skills

  • Good knowledge of DevSecOps principles and deployment methods: Git, Ansible, GoCD.
  • Application deployment automation skills: yaml and Ansible.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL v4 processes and best practices (validated by ITIL V4 certification) and more specifically in the Service Transition field.
  • Experience of an integration test automation tool: Robot Framework.
  • Experience in deploying applications and implementing operating assets in the field of on-line services dedicated to citizens and requiring a high level of availability.
  • Skills in the principles and tools associated with containment: Docker, Helm,OpenShift, Terraform, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, GitLab CI/CD, Spinnaker, Kaniko, Tekton.
  • Experience in monitoring containerized solutions using Prometheus and Grafana tools.
  • Competence in HP/PerformanceCenter and Compuware/Dynatrace load testing and diagnostic tools.
  • ETL operation skills.
  • Experience in deploying software packages on infrastructure platforms.
  • Experience in operating Cloud services such as IAAS and PAAS, and software hosting platforms: vRealize.
  • Competence in technical solutions, including use of the Python language, Django framework and Swagger API.
