YOUR MISSIONS :
As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for..:
- Gather requirements (definition of processes, methods, etc.)
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders
- Formalize needs and translate them into requirements
- Write functional and non-functional specifications
- Analyze constraints and needs, reconciling the IT department and operational business lines
- Analyze global business processes, stakeholder needs, corporate objectives…
- Drawing up specifications
- Analyze results and implement monitoring and forecasting tools
- Evaluate and validate solutions to meet needs
- Check conformity between analyzed needs and results
QUALIFICATIONS :
You are a good listener, customer-oriented, with an analytical mind. In addition, you have excellent interpersonal skills and are a good communicator with all stakeholders.
TRAININGS :
You have a university degree or higher professional diploma from an engineering or business school.
CERTIFICATIONS :
Certificate of Capability In Business Analysis (CCBA)
Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certificate
SKILLS :
You have at least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst. You are at ease working with technical teams as well as with the business. You must be able to lead workshops, gather customer requirements, analyze and formalize them.
LANGUAGES :
- Excellent command of the French language
- Practice professional English
- German a plus
