Location: Lausanne, Jura, Geneva
Type of contract: CDI

YOUR MISSIONS :
As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for..:
- Manage projects and ensure their smooth running
- Analyze and understand customer needs
- Designing and writing specifications
- Writing deliverables and meeting minutes
- Monitor the project from start to finish
- Define tasks, responsibilities, control points, resources and skill requirements
- Identify opportunities and risks
- Optimizing costs and deadlines
- Managing budgets
- Manage schedules
QUALIFICATIONS :
You are well organized, a team player and a leader.
You are able to manage priorities and make decisions. You also have excellent communication and synthesis skills.
TRAININGS :
Master’s degree in information systems.
CERTIFICATIONS :
Certified project management training: PMP, Prince2 or equivalent.
SKILLS :
You have at least 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager. You have a good knowledge of project management: planning, coordination, budget management, change management, etc. You are familiar with several project management tools and a project management methodological repository. You are a good writer and have an excellent ability to summarize.
LANGUAGES :
- Excellent command of the French language
- Fluency in technical English
- German a plus
