SPECIFICATIONS: Senior Test Manager

Occupancy rate: between 80 and 100%.
Duration: indefinite, but maximum 5 years
Desired start date: June 1ᵉʳ, 2024

YOUR MISSIONS :

Define and implement test strategy, test plan and test scenarios.
Estimate the resources needed to carry out the tests
Define, with the support of the project manager, the actors required to carry out the tests
Provide test expertise to help business and business analysts define test scenarios.
Coordinate and monitor test activities with regard to quality and deadlines
Ensure that the content and structure of all test deliverables are documented
Organize progress meetings and communicate periodically with the project manager
Run tests
Monitor and prepare activity reports concerning test results, test case coverage, defects detected and their status at the end of a phase or at the end of the project.
Work in collaboration with other departments

TRAININGS :

At least a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

SKILLS :

Core competencies

6+ years’ experience as a tester and test manager on functional and technical projects
Ability to define and implement test strategy
6+ years’ experience as a tester and test manager in a non-automated environment, without a team of dedicated testers
Ability to coordinate relations with the various business and technical stakeholders
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, with shared resources not dedicated to the project
Proven experience in an environment where deadlines have to be met and quality is a major concern
Knowledge of the Agile method
Written and spoken French is the working language
