PROFILE: Program Manager

  • Ocupation rate: 100%.
  • Duration: indefinite, but maximum 5 years
  • Desired start date: May 1, 2024

YOUR MISSIONS :

  • Initiate, coordinate, direct and prioritize projects in the CIS redesign program, taking corporate strategy into account,
  • Operational management of the program’s project portfolio (finance, deadlines, scope, quality, HR sourcing, risks, communication),
  • Manage the process of managing customer requests, upstream of project implementation,
  • Lead project portfolio steering committees,
  • Operational management of a multidisciplinary project team,
  • Customer relations,
  • Liaise with external service providers,
  • Coordinate RUN implementation of deployed applications (setting up processes, SLAs, etc.).

TRAININGS :

  • HES diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science or EPF engineering diploma or federal diploma.

SKILLS :

Core competencies

  • Management of several project portfolios and/or several large-scale programs (total for all projects combined of at least 1M),
  • Experience as an IT project manager, coordinating multidisciplinary teams,
  • Mastery of project management techniques and tools, in particular financial, deadline, risk and quality management.

Additional skills

  • Experience in document management,
  • Experience in subcontractor coordination,
  • Ability to develop project roadmaps to achieve objectives,
  • Ability to structure, mobilize and coordinate project teams to carry out the tasks required to achieve objectives,
  • Ability to maintain a climate of trust within project teams by taking needs/feedback into consideration,
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and in particular to maintain a climate of trust by taking needs/feedback into consideration and adapting one’s discourse according to the interlocutor,

  • Project management certification (HERMES or equivalent),
