RESEARCH PROFILE: Program Manager
- Contract type: service rental
- Occupancy rate: full-time

YOUR MISSIONS :
- Operational management of a project portfolio (finance, deadlines, scope, quality, HR sourcing, risks, communication)
- Lead project portfolio steering committees (2 bodies: steering and strategic)
- Manage small projects within the program (project mandates, steering, coordination, documentation)
- Support the management of project managers associated with the program
- Communicate the program, projects and achievements, using the appropriate process and resources.

TRAININGS :
- Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent
SKILLS :
Core competencies
- 3+ years’ experience in managing at least one project portfolio and/or one large-scale program (per program/portfolio: budgets under management > CHF 1 million, HR workload under management > 1000 days, duration > 1 year)
- 6+ years’ experience as an IT project manager, with at least 1 year’s experience implementing a new system and at least 1 year’s experience improving an existing system (in TMA mode, for example).
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a major project on time, on budget and to quality standards
- Mastery of project management techniques and tools, in particular communication and the management of finances, deadlines, risks and quality.
Additional skills
- Good understanding of the issues and principles of information security (DICAL) and how to put them into practice; strategic vision
- Excellent ability to interact with expert engineers, program and project stakeholders and management
- Extensive legal knowledge of the legislative and regulatory context applicable to data protection
