YOUR MISSIONS :
- Coordinate the actions required to gather project requirements and draw up deployment plans in collaboration with customers;
- Manage hardware and software deployments ;
- Manage the cross-functional coordination and involvement of all parties involved in projects, so as to guarantee the functional coverage required by departments and customers;
- Report on project progress to the Steering Committee;
- Propose and implement measures for continuous process improvement;
- Ensure the quality, reception and validation of project results;
- Monitor project costs, deadlines and quality. Draw up reports in accordance with guidelines and take any necessary action. Identify and monitor risks and check the effectiveness of measures taken;
- Participate in building the strategy for service development, including financial planning.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Ability to manage and work with multidisciplinary teams;
- Ability to manage several projects in parallel;
- Fluency in written and oral communication, and ability to adapt language to the audience;
- Be autonomous and take initiative;
- Be flexible and adaptable.
TRAININGS :
You have a university bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
SKILLS :
Compulsory powers :
- At least 6 years’ proven experience in IT project management;
- At least three years’ proven experience in project management in the user’s workplace environment;
- Proven experience in managing the obsolescence and evolution of IT services in the user’s workplace environment;
- Proven experience in managing a project involving the deployment of over 3,000 workstations;
- Proven experience in managing a project to update Windows versions on workstations;
- Proven experience in gathering and analyzing customer and user needs;
- Proven experience in setting up project progress and target achievement monitoring systems (reporting/dashboards).

- Excellent command of the French language
