SEARCH PROFILE: VE Project Manager
- Contract type: service rental
- Occupancy rate: full-time
- Duration: indefinite, but not more than 5 years
- Desired start date: 1ᵉʳ January 2024
YOUR MISSIONS :
- Project coordination: manage finances, deadlines, scope, quality, risks, project communication
- Leading steering committees
- Functional management of project teams comprising solution architects, business analysts and developers
- Coordinate relations with cross-functional departments (especially infrastructure)
- Customer relations
- Prepare the basis for decision-making and obtain the agreement of decision-makers
- Maintain guidelines for project management, methods and tools, as well as their introduction and use
- Actively contribute to the identification of new risks in his/her area of expertise and ensure that they are passed on to his/her line manager and/or directly to internal control, depending on the urgency of the situation.

TRAININGS :
- Minimum Master’s degree in computer science, or Master’s level EPF engineering diploma or equivalent.
SKILLS :
Core competencies
- Coordination of multidisciplinary teams as IT project manager: 6 years or more
- Management of several project portfolios and/or several large-scale programs for a total project value of at least 1M
- Mastery of project management techniques and tools, in particular financial, schedule, risk and quality management
- Experience in subcontractor coordination
- Experience of Agile methodology (Scrum)
- Applying the Hermès methodology
Additional skills
- Experience of IT project management in the events sector, or in a sensitive area such as political rights, or equivalent.
- Experience in IS obsolescence management projects
- Project management certification (PMI, IPMA or equivalent)
- Understanding information security issues and putting them into practice
- Ability to communicate with VIP customers
- Ability to interact in German
