SEARCH PROFILE: Senior Project Manager
- Occupancy rate: 100%.
- Duration: indefinite, but maximum 3 years
- Desired start date: April 1ᵉʳ, 2024
YOUR MISSIONS :
You will manage the complexity of all projects (multiple stakeholders, often divergent interests, etc.):
- Ensure the operational management of each project or sub-project of the program in the following areas:
- Budget,
- Deadlines,
- Perimeter,
- Quality,
- Risks,
- Resources and contracts ;
- Ensure that the project’s strategic issues are taken into account for the business ;
- Prepare the basis for decision-making in order to obtain the agreement of decision-makers;
- Marketing projects and ensuring the communication of information and quality management;
- Inform the relevant authorities and management of all decisions and measures in good time;
- Monitor the efficient use of financial and human resources in the context of project commitments;
- Project management development and coaching;
- Guarantee the delivery of quality results by following standards, safety guidelines and processes;
- Assume the role of Scrum MASTER or equivalent in Kanban mode in the Agile team;
- Validate functional and technical analyses and ensure overall consistency with the team in charge of operational maintenance of the solution in production.

TRAININGS :
- HES diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science or EPF engineering diploma or federal diploma.
- Project management certification (HERMES or equivalent).
SKILLS :
Core competencies
- 3+ years’ experience in leading teams to implement digital transformation projects,
- Project management experience on at least 3 projects using an Agile methodology (Scrum or Kanban),
- Project management experience over 350 days.man
- Expertise in identifying, understanding and expressing business needs associated with solving problems or realizing business opportunities, proven by 3+ years’ experience as a business analyst,
- Mastery of the JIRA tool,
- Proven mastery of the Hermes 5 project management method on at least one project,
- Experience on at least one project with multidisciplinary teams.
Additional skills
- Excellent ability to interact with a team in an Agile development environment.
- Expertise in risk identification, understanding and mitigation plans,
- Ability to evaluate solutions, cost them and purchase IT goods or services from suppliers;
- Experience on an implementation project within a public administration
- Excellent command of JIRA,
- Flexibility, adaptability, positive attitude to change,
- System thinking,
- Experience gained in a government department or in large institutions in French-speaking Switzerland.
