SPECIFICATIONS: Senior infrastructure project manager

  • Occupancy rate: 100%.
  • Duration: indefinite, but maximum 5 years
  • Start date: April 2024

YOUR MISSIONS :

  • Monitor project costs, deadlines and quality. Draw up reports in accordance with guidelines and implement any necessary measures. Identify and monitor risks and check the effectiveness of measures taken.
  • Guarantee project management based on achieving the objectives of signed and validated project mandates.
  • Steer projects using the Hermès methodology supported by the PMO to guarantee the quality of follow-up on FIFO points.
  • Ensure that customer needs are taken into account.
  • Ensure that decisions relating to solution selection, parameterization, development and implementation are validated by the players concerned, steering committees and governance committees if necessary.
  • Apply the project quality assurance plan.
  • Implement risk management in line with the requirements of internal control, information security and state internal audit: identify risks, assess and monitor their evolution, and propose corrective actions.
  • Organize successive stakeholder validations for each project phase.
  • Define the human resources needed to ensure the smooth running of projects under its responsibility.
  • Draw up and implement communication and support plans based on the stakeholders and organization in place.
  • Monitor and ensure implementation of the training plan as part of overall project planning.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills,
  • Leadership, autonomy, initiative, anticipation and negotiation skills,
  • Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams made up of experts working in a network, particularly through telecommuting.

TRAININGS :

  • University master’s degree in computer science or EPF engineering diploma

SKILLS :

Core competencies

  • Project management skills :
    • Proven experience of 3 years or more in IT project management

Additional skills

  • Mastery of all the management disciplines involved in all phases of a project, based on a recognized methodological reference framework such as Hermès, PMI, IPMA…. Valid certification is a plus,
  • Mastery of human resources management and communication, including in the context of an organization based on remote working,
  • Ability to manage multidisciplinary resources, delegate and set objectives.
  • Strong ability to interact with expert engineers, project stakeholders and management,
  • Experience as a project manager :
    • In managing projects with an infrastructure component (network, database, virtualization, storage, etc.)
  • Experience in the transformation linked to the implementation of agile philosophies such as DevOps and Containerization.
  • Experience in oral presentations in government settings
  • Telecom Experience
  • Able to assist a program manager
  • Experience in public administration would be a plus.
