SPECIFICATIONS: Senior Project Manager
- Occupancy rate: 80 to 00%.
- Duration: indefinite, but maximum 5 years
- Start date: May 2024
YOUR MISSIONS :
- Ensuring compliance with the Hermes 2022 reference framework
- Manage a mixed project portfolio (Waterfall / Scrum)
- Design, implement and update work planning, taking into account constraints, availability, activity scheduling and participants’ workload plans.
- Validate, with the players concerned, and with the arbitration of the steering committee and governance committees if necessary, all choices and activities, including technical ones, linked to the choice of solution, parameterization, development and implementation of the solution.
- Ensure that customer needs are taken into account.
- Apply the project quality assurance plan.
- Implement risk management in line with the requirements of internal control of information security and state internal audit: identify risks, assess them, monitor their evolution and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure project integration with existing information systems and synchronization with ongoing projects
- Respect PMO and enterprise architecture recommendations.
- Organize successive validations by stakeholders to bring phases to a close.
- Define the human resources needed to ensure the smooth running of projects under its responsibility.
- Ensure that the solution provider provides adequate resources to carry out the work.
- Draw up and implement communication and support plans based on the stakeholders and organization in place.
- Work with the customer to produce a project-based training concept for users of the solution.
- Monitor and ensure implementation of the training plan as part of overall project planning.

- HERMES 2022 project management certification
- SCRUM Fundamentals Certification
SKILLS :
Core competencies
- 6+ years’ successful experience in IT project management,
- Successful experience in managing projects of over 1M CHF and/or 1000 JH,
- Mastery of project management, risk analysis and quality management techniques and tools,
- Proven skills in developing and managing test strategies,
- Minimum competence in information security (at least understanding the issues),
- Ability to manage several projects/activities in parallel, ideally in the form of mixed project portfolios (Hermes 2022 and Scrum agility)
- Knowledge of project management in several public services
- ITIL certification (V2 or V3)
Additional skills
- Successful experience in public administration,
- Knowledge of the company’s tools, methods and project processes,
- Experience in change management,
- Over 3 years’ managerial experience in a technology environment, ideally in the public sector.
