Training :
- Masters/Diploma in computer engineering or business school with IT knowledge.
Core competencies :
- 6+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master on agile projects in IT environments undergoing agile transformation.
- Proficiency in SCRUM and Kanban agile frameworks.
- Experience in agility at scale.
- Good knowledge of different agility tools and workshop facilitation techniques.
- Successful experience in Agile transformation, taking into account the context and maturity of each stakeholder.
- Fluency in written and spoken French.
Important skills :
- Mastery of the Jira tool.
- Sensitivity to software quality.
- Knowledge of visual management tools.
Optional skills :
- Agile coaching certification (SCRUM, SAFe).
- Successful experience in a government or similar environment.
