SPECIFICATIONS: Senior Scrum Master

• Occupancy rate: between 80 and 100%.
• Duration: indefinite, but maximum 5 years
• Desired start date: June 1ᵉʳ, 2024

VIS MISSIONS :

• Active support for the various product teams in implementing agile practices
• Drawing on collective intelligence
• Help resolve conflicts and problems that may arise
• Sharing and capitalizing on practices between supported teams
• Help facilitate various agile ceremonies
• Be the guarantor of the agile framework set by the organization
• Support the agile team in :
  • Participate in agile product development
  • Improving the format of needs expression workshops
  • Providing constructive feedback
• Supporting Product Owners :
  • To become more competent in their role:
    • Product Backlog organization
    • Collaboration with the development team and stakeholders.
    • Preparing and running workshops

TRAININGS :

• Master’s degree/diploma in computer engineering or business school with IT knowledge

SKILLS :

Core competencies

• 6+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master on agile projects in IT environments undergoing agile transformation
• Mastery of SCRUM and Kanban agile frameworks
• Experience in agility at scale
• Good knowledge of different agility tools and workshop facilitation techniques.
• Successful experience in Agile transformation, taking into account the context and maturity of each stakeholder
• Fluency in written and spoken French.

Additional skills

• Successful experience in a government or similar environment
• Mastery of the Jira tool
• Facilitating the smooth running of ongoing projects
• Agile coaching certification (SCRUM, SAFe)
• Good sensitivity to software quality
• Knowledge of visual management tools.
