YOUR MISSIONS :
- Operation of the Windows server platform and the System Center software suite
- Antivirus management in a Windows server environment (McAfee ePO)
- Management of Windows Server hardening policy (CIS)
- Analysis of resource consumption and performance management
- Automation of provisioning and system operation processes
- Windows platform incident management
- Writing and updating technical documentation
- Guaranteeing the lifecycle of Windows Servers (patching)
- Monitoring, reporting and KPI production
- Submit and take charge of change coordination
- Participate in projects
- Actively participate in various actions to continuously improve practices and tools
QUALIFICATIONS
- Methodical analytical skills (troubleshooting)
- Team player, but also able to work independently
- Sense of public service and excellent interpersonal skills with users and colleagues
- Good written and oral communication skills (French)
- Dynamism and curiosity, spirit of initiative
TRAININGS :
- HES diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science or EPF engineering diploma or federal diploma
SKILLS :
Core competencies
- 5+ years’ experience in IT security,
- 10+ years’ experience in Windows server systems,
- Mastery of the Windows server platform and the System Center software suite
- Antivirus management in a Windows server environment (e.g. McAfee ePO)
- Knowledge of Windows Server hardening concepts (e.g. CIS)
- Very good skills in scripting and automating system provisioning and operation processes: PowerShell, (and Python, Javascript, Powercli recommended)
Additional skills
- Proven experience in Active Directory and GPO administration in a multi-domain environment
- Ability to analyze resource consumption and manage performance
- Basic knowledge of computer networks
- Best practice in IT asset management techniques (over 1000 servers)
- Control of incident management processes
- Writing and updating technical documentation
- Monitoring, production of dashboards (KPIs)
- Ability to manage different levels of intervention and prioritize tasks
