SPECIFICATIONS: Senior Business Analyst in Information Security and Data Protection
- Contract type: service rental
- Occupancy rate: full-time
- Term: until 12/31/2024

YOUR MISSIONS :
- Elicit business needs to extract functional and non-functional requirements
- Analyze gaps between the desired solution (‘to be’) and the functional scope of the existing solution (‘as-is’)
- Analyze and model business activities, processes and organizations
- Write functional specifications based on use cases and entities, covering functional and non-functional requirements,
- Describe functionalities in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritize them in a backlog,
- Design and execute test cases using appropriate test tools and techniques and in compliance with applicable processes
- Manage integration and acceptance test campaigns, execute tests, support business tests and communicate test status (tracking anomalies, requests for changes, etc.).
- Leading, federating and convincing to improve processes
- Training and support for the business during IT changes

TRAININGS :
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or equivalent diploma
- Certification in Business Analysis or Testing desired (e.g. PSPO, CBAP, ISTQB)
SKILLS :
Core competencies
- Mastery of Business Analysis techniques
- Proficiency in a modeling language (UML, BPMN, etc.)
- Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM)
- Ability to lead workshops with different stakeholders using agile and collective intelligence techniques
- Ability to specify business and system requirements in the form of use cases and user stories,
- Development and implementation of test strategies using dedicated tools (ALM, Xray, JIRA, etc.)
- Ability to write test plans and supervise user testing and acceptance campaigns
- Ability to act as a link between technical teams and business lines, to federate
- Understanding the solution ecosystem (technical architecture, programming language, functional/application scope)
Additional skills
- A good understanding of issues related to information security and data protection, information governance in organizations, and the information and data life cycle.
- Experience of Agile/Scrum methodology,
- Ability to propose organizational improvements
- Knowledge of international standards dealing with information systems security (ISO 27000 family), the legal and regulatory framework for data protection (e.g. Convention 108, LIPAD, LPD, Privacy Shield, RGPD, Safe Harbour) and information systems and document management methodologies and best practices (ITIL, ISO 9000 and ISO 20000 families).
