SPECIFICATIONS: OeBS Seniors developers
- Occupancy rate: 100%.
- Duration: indefinite, but maximum 3 years
- Desired start date: May 1, 2024
YOUR MISSIONS :
- Carry out a technical analysis based on the functional specification, identify solutions and associated technical risks, validate and justify the choice of a solution.
- Develop on schedule and with the required level of quality, and ensure the implementation and execution of unit or load test plans.
- Report accurately and regularly to the project manager/service manager on the progress of work, outstanding work, and identify and monitor technical risks.
- Provide support for IS-Finances solutions, from incident handling to the deployment of necessary patches, and ensure the right level of communication with the project manager, service manager or user.
- Comply with current standards concerning design, development, testing strategy, safety and the application of standards and processes, and actively participate in the continuous improvement of industry practices.
- Keep technical documentation up to date on all official sector and departmental media

TRAININGS :
- HES diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science or EPF engineering diploma or federal diploma.
SKILLS :
Core competencies
- Proven development experience on Oracle eBusiness Suite, preferably version 12
- Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL and good knowledge of the OeBS data model Finance modules
Additional skills
- Good knowledge of development environments (source management – e.g. Git, SVN)
- Good knowledge of development engineering processes (phases and associated deliverables)
- Good technical and functional knowledge of OeBS modules (GL, AP, AR, PO, PA, FA)
- Mastery of Oracle Workflow Builder: modification of standard workflows and knowledge of the main procurement workflows
- Mastery of Oracle Application Framework OAF OeBS development: creation of specific pages, modification of the standard by extending components (controllers, view objects, etc.) and good knowledge of customization mechanisms.
- BI Publisher: create and modify standard or customized reports
- Mastery of Oracle Forms and Reports: create or modify standard or customized screens and reports
- APEX experience in an OeBS context
- Smart-DB mastery
- Proven experience of working in a team in an Agile environment
