RESEARCH PROFILE: Senior Technical Integration Designer
- Occupancy rate: 100%.
- Duration: indefinite, but maximum 3 years

YOUR MISSIONS :
- At the request of the head of department/sector or a service manager, provide on-call services within standard working hours.
- At the request of the department/sector manager or a service manager, pickets and interventions outside standard working hours.
- At the request of “Run” service managers (operating incidents, IT production management and desktop publishing), 2nd-level intervention on production incidents and routine production actions.
- Take charge of change coordination: carry out impact analyses, define timetables and roll-back plans.
- Lead and participate in due diligence projects (business takeovers).
- Lead and participate in Integration department projects aimed at developing tools and practices.
- Actively participate in various actions to continuously improve practices and tools, in particular to minimize “Run” interventions.

TRAININGS :
- HES diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science or EPF engineering diploma or federal diploma.
SKILLS :
Core competencies
- Good knowledge of IT production.
- Understanding of technical and application architectures.
- Ability to identify integration engineering and operations activities in response to a service request and to estimate the appropriate workload.
- Ability to integrate an application on all types of technology in total autonomy.
- Ability to design and develop the integration and operation of a complex system or platform.
- Ability to draw up an implementation diagram for the technical and application infrastructure.
- Ability to coordinate engineers on complex issues.
- Experience in leading a group of architects in taking initiatives and implementing a new solution.
- Good knowledge of ITIL v4 processes and best practices (validated by ITIL V4 certification) and more specifically in the Service Transition field.
- Good knowledge of DevSecOps principles and associated deployment tools: Git, Ansible, GoCD.
- Good command of Windows Server (2016, 2019 and 2022), and Linux/Unix environments.
Additional skills
- Experience of a scheduling tool (production plan design, implementation of scheduling chains, execution monitoring), Control-M.
- Experience of an application monitoring tool: Nagios, BSM, Splunk, Jmeter.
- Good command of at least two of the following middlewares: Apache, Tomcat, Jboss, IIS.
- Application deployment automation skills: yaml, Ansible.
- Good project management and coordination skills.
- Good command of shell scripting (korn shell), Powershell.
- Experience in designing operations on the principles and tools associated with containerization: Docker, Helm, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Kustomize, GitLab CI/CD.
- Experience in designing and operating software packages, ETLs, software hosting platforms, cross-functional components and Cloud services such as IAAS and PAAS: vRealize.
- Skills in modeling architectures using the Archimate method, including the use of the iServer solution.
- Experience of WAM F5 access management tool.
- Experience in monitoring containerized solutions using Prometheus and Grafana tools.
- Proficiency in Performance Center and Dynatrace load testing and diagnostic tools.
- Skills in technical solution apization techniques.
- Proficiency with an integration test automation tool: Robot Framework.
