WANTED PROFILE: Senior Workstation Technician

Location: Geneva

Type of contract: CDI

Occupancy rate: 100%.

Start date: September 1, 2023

YOUR MISSIONS :

Strengthen the PT teams in charge of various projects and participate in the following activities in particular:

• Install/uninstall workstations and peripherals connected to the state network and ensure their proper operation;
• Participate in the preparation and management of standard and non-standard workstation environments using the rules and tools available, including SCCM, GPO and SCCM compliances rules;
• Troubleshooting during deployment phases ;
• Installing/uninstalling software ;
• Produce documentation and technical administration guides based on best practices in the use of asset management tools;
• Support users during deployment phases.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Rigorous and methodical in his work;
• Have a sense of service and easy contact with internal and external customers;
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage operations in a timely manner.
  autonomy by coordinating several technicians;
• Comfortable working as part of a team;
• Stress resistance.

TRAININGS :

CFC + product certification or federal diploma in IT

SKILLS :

Cobligatory skills :

• At least six years’ proven experience as a computer technician in the workstation field;
• Possession of a valid driver’s license;

Important skills :

• Proven experience in managing workstations on Windows 10/11 and Office 2016/Office 365;
• Proven experience in desktop administration using SCCM and Active Directory;
• Proven experience in application distribution with SCCM ;
• Proven experience of level 2 assistance.

Optional skills:

• Experience with the Nexthink solution;
• Experience in managing mobile devices such as tablets andand smartphone preferably VmWare Workspace ONE;
• Knowledge of the Powershell language;
• Knowledge of the State of Geneva and the CNSO;
• Technical English.

LANGUAGES :

• Excellent command of the French language
• Technical English
