SPECIFICATIONS: Senior ITSM Specialist
- Occupancy rate: 100%.
- Duration: indefinite, but maximum 5 years
- Start date: June 1, 2024
YOUR MISSIONS :
- Analyze the relevance of the needs expressed and determine the appropriate technical solutions;
- Monitor and coordinate development requests (keep to schedule, estimate workload, business impact, etc.);
- Tooling business processes in the solution ;
- Manage and administer the platform on a day-to-day basis, and more specifically the configuration of business rules (approval rules, ticket routing rules, forms and request processing, etc.);
- Develop interfaces with other systems, in compliance with technical and security standards;
- Adapt the screens and functionalities of the solution to the needs expressed by our customers;
- Develop and produce reports to meet the needs expressed by our customers;
- Audit and control the quality of company repository updates;
- Suggest ways to improve the availability and quality of the platform;
- Guarantee the quality of deliveries and their compliance with agreed specifications;
- Inform and communicate on the various implementations;
- Promote the ITSM platform and the BMC Helix ITSM software suite (outreach, information, training);
- Defend the positions and implementation strategy of the ITSM support service internally and externally;
- Encourage the exchange of expertise and knowledge within the organization, and ensure optimum use of the ITSM platform in relation to process activity areas.

TRAININGS :
- HES diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science or EPF engineering diploma or federal diploma or bachelor’s degree.
SKILLS :

- Software skills :
- BMC Helix ITSM software expertise (over 5 years’ experience) ;
- Expertise in implementing ITSM-type solutions (more than 5 years’ experience);
- Expertise in implementing ETL-type solutions (over 5 years’ experience).
- Business skills :
- The employee must have more than 5 years’ experience in carrying out the following activities;
- The employee must have worked on at least 2 projects or technical systems related to an ITSM-type solution.

- Ability to upgrade skills in a functional area ;
- Ability to upgrade skills in a technical field ;
- Customer relations and service skills.
