PROFILE: IP telephony specialist

  • Contract type: service rental
  • Occupancy rate: full-time
  • Duration: indefinite, but not more than 5 years
  • Desired start date: August1, 2023

YOUR MISSIONS :

Main tasks :

  • Provide support (voice guides, service lines, etc.) for users.
  • Document telephony services and operating procedures.
  • Informing and training customers
  • Participate in projects leading to new solutions for users.

Specific tasks :

  • Ensure the sector’s availability, according to the established schedule.
  • Take charge of resolving second-level incidents assigned to the sector.
  • Daily operation of sector products (patches, updates, etc.)
  • Maintain information available to customers (wiki/presentation).
  • Master management tools: ITSM, JIRA.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Dynamism
  • Ability to work in a team and share knowledge
  • Good listening skills and ability to understand customers and their constraints
  • Good writing skills and ease of expression
  • Ability to challenge and train yourself (personal or technical training).

TRAININGS :

  • Training in telecommunications.
  • At least 3 years’ professional experience, including at least 2 years as a voice-over-IP engineer.

SKILLS :

General skills :

  • Specialist in the main telephony systems used

Cisco CUCM, IM/P, CUC, IVR, PCCE, CMS

  • Cisco Webex suite
  • Asterisk

Additional skills

  • Knowledge of Linux, Windows, VM Ware, Active Directory
  • General knowledge of Cisco network equipment
  • Competence in the main network services (VLAN, Firewall, network security, etc.)
