YOUR MISSIONS :
Strengthen the PT teams in charge of various virtualization projects and participate in the following activities in particular:
- Manage and automate Horizon VDI Template lifecycles
- Implement best operating practices for the Horizon VDI platform
- Propose changes in the management of the Horizon VDI platform
- Help transfer skills to PT teams
- Handle incidents and service requests
- Dealing with vulnerabilities in VDI templates
- Documenting deployed solutions
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Rigorous and methodical in his work
- Have a sense of service and easy contact with internal and external customers
- Organizational skills and ability to manage operations independently, coordinating several technicians/engineers.
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Stress resistance
TRAININGS :
Bachelor + product certification
SKILLS :
- VMware VDI Horizon expertise: at least 5 years’ experience in a multi-site environment
- VMware VCP-DTM certification
- Proven experience with AppVolume and DEM tools
- Proven experience with vSphere solutions
- Proven experience in Active Directory and GPO administration in a VDI environment
- SCCM knowledge
- Knowledge of anti-virus management in a VDI environment
- Knowledge of a scripting language: PowerShell, Python, etc.
