YOUR MISSIONS :

As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for..:

  • Monitoring the recruitment process: Pre-selection and qualification of candidates
  • Interviews by telephone and videoconference
  • Conduct interviews with candidates in the IT world, to ensure that their personal skills match the profile sought and the company’s values.
  • Create and monitor a pool of candidates
  • Expanding and retaining our network of candidates
  • Send technical tests and suggest technical interviews
  • Collaborate with all Talent Acquisition Recruiters and Business Developers

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and are a good communicator.
  • You are autonomous, proactive and curious.

TRAININGS :

You have a university degree or higher professional diploma from a business school.

SKILLS :

  • You have at least 3 years’ experience as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter in the IT world.
  • You master recruitment and sourcing techniques and know how to prioritize tasks.
  • You are familiar with the various IT professions: Back-End Developers, Front-End Developers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Systems Engineers, Testers…

LANGUAGES :

  • Excellent command of the French language
  • Fluent English (B2 level minimum)
  • German (nice to have)
